Whilst I was designing the characters, I thought that Billy would have had the hat and scarf stitched on to him... but as I'm drawing these, I've started wanting to have him able to remove them from time to time. I'll have to spend some time figuring out what he looks like without the hat. The scarf is less difficult to understand the underneath design... but the head is a different beast.
